Healing and Acceptance
“Healing is a response to happiness.” - Kai Karrel
We are living in a time when human consciousness is awakening, leading more people to engage in conversations about healing and self-knowledge. But what exactly is healing? Is it a journey? Is it about eliminating symptoms? Is it achieving a sense of overall well-being? Our answers to these questions will be shaped by our perceptions and understanding of life and reality. Ultimately, what is the true goal of healing?
Acceptance is essential in our healing journey, regardless of how we view life and reality. By acknowledging that the present moment is the only certainty, we can more effectively address what is directly in front of us, rather than getting caught up in imagined scenarios. This approach helps prevent our minds from dwelling on thoughts such as "If only I had this," "When I get that, I’ll feel better," or "When will the pain go away?"—thoughts that only prolong our suffering and detract from a mindful healing process.

Cognitions, Messages, Visions, Instructions: Are They Real?
In contemporary spiritual communities, it's increasingly common for people to share that they are receiving messages and instructions or having visions as a result of their spiritual practices and their connection to a higher, deeper realm. This trend raises important questions about the authenticity of these experiences. Are these truly genuine communications from other planes, states of consciousness, or other beings?
The goal in addressing this topic is not to provide definitive answers but to offer information that encourages critical inquiry into the nature of these experiences. How can we be sure that these insights are authentic messages from the spirit world, or that our consciousness is glimpsing potential future outcomes?
Encouraging such questioning fosters a healthy skepticism, which is crucial for personal growth and healing. It’s valuable to develop the ability to discern the quality of these insights. Why is discernment important? When we assign significant value to our own or others' insights and base important life decisions on them, understanding the mechanisms behind how our mind processes these experiences becomes essential.
Being aware and conscious of these processes helps ensure that we navigate our lives with a balanced perspective, grounded in a thoughtful approach to the information we receive.

Ayahuasca: Exploring Ourselves Through Plant Medicine
In recent years, plant medicine has gained significant attention, with Ayahuasca emerging as a particularly prominent example.
So, what exactly is Ayahuasca – is it a medicine, a drug, or a hallucinogen? This talk addresses questions that often arise when first encountering this sacred and revered plant medicine. What are its effects, and how does it contribute to our healing and spiritual awakening?
Ayahuasca can be explored through various traditions and cultural contexts, each offering a unique perspective. Fundamentally, it provides a means to challenge and expand our understanding of ourselves and our reality. It helps us connect with our inner selves and illuminate aspects of our psyche that we may be unaware of, assisting us in our shadow work and personal growth.
